Billing Policy

All billable appointments have a minimum charge (listed below). The minimum charge includes one-way travel time and labor, the combination of which will not exceed one hour. If the appointment requires more than one hour, the technician's labor is prorated in 15-minute increments. Parts are not included in the minimum charge.

Our company does not offer free estimates for repairs.

All services will be billed as a lump sum, which includes all labor, materials, and sales tax charges

CANCELATIONS: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice of your cancelation. Your cancelation confirmation email will serve as proof that your request to cancel has been received. There will be a charge of 50% of the one-hour minimum for any appointment that gives less than 24 hours’ notice (including no-shows) in order to cover our losses for the missed visit.

PAPER INVOICES WILL NO LONGER BE SENT AUTOMATICALLY. Please let us know if you prefer a paper invoice.

Preferred forms of payment are:

  • Pay Online (via the invoice emailed to you) with a checking account or credit card

  • PayPal: billing@bodnarhvac.com

  • Venmo: @BodnarHVAC (last four of our phone number, if needed: 4408)

  • Physical Check (please write your invoice number on your check AND make sure you have our correct mailing address)

All invoices are due on receipt

Unpaid balances are subject to the maximum allowable finance charges

Returned checks are subject to a $25 returned check fee

Rates

Diagnosis & Repairs: $245 minimum

Consultations: $245 minimum (verbal advice only, no written report will be provided)

Emergency Repairs: $295 minimum (appointments after 6 pm and weekends)

Maintenance (limited availability): $205 minimum

Estimates: Free for equipment installation

A repair diagnosis is a billable service - we do not give free estimates to repair
