What we do
Our Focus: To repair and maintain residential HVAC systems. We work on all brands, arrive at your home with a well-stocked vehicle, and can usually fix your problem on the first visit. Installation services also available.
No Commissions: Our technicians are paid by the hour - not by the amount of parts they sell. They are highly trained to fix your problem quickly and effectively - so you can rest assured the part they recommend is necessary to make the repair.
Billing Method: Simple. No hidden fees or complicated jargon. We stick to a straight forward, time-based hourly rate plus parts.
We will safely repair your system and get your home back to a comfortable temperature at a bare minimum expense to you. If equipment replacement is necessary, we use a customized approach with our clients:
For the historical home: We take great pride in bringing a customized approach to each home, recognizing the need to uphold the historic integrity of the grand mid-peninsula manors. In the early last century furnaces had been custom built for estates and these homes are not easily retrofitted. In some case retrofitting would destroy the harmonic design of the original architecture. With our 45 years of experience in the industry we can often find a rebuild solution that can often increase efficiency and safety while preserving the home’s unique character.
For the mid-twentieth century and beyond homes:Retrofitting and upgrading to modern, high-efficient systems is often best. We can provide you with greener options for an aware generation and innovative solutions to do our part in reducing our community’s carbon footprint.
We are familiar working with next generation, multi-zone, and schedule enable thermostats. If you're interested in upgrading your thermostat, please contact us and we'll be happy to help install and configure your new thermostat.
From upgrading thermostats, to complete residential overhauls, we can install everything required to keep your home cool in the harshest of heat waves, or coldest of winter storms.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR TO MAINTAINING THE EFFICIENCY AND LONG-LIFE OF YOUR SYSTEM.
We recommend preventative maintenance annually for furnaces and semi-annually for systems with A/C to keep your equipment running and to reduce otherwise unexpected repair costs. We offer annual and semi-annual reminders via postcard to our clients. If you would like to be added to our mailing list please call or email to let us know.
If your new installation requires ancillary work like a concrete pad or carpentry, we work with a group of trusted contractors who have proven over time to be masters at their trade.
Does your house heat and cool evenly? Is there one room in your house that's never quite at the same temperature as the rest of the house? We specialize in duct and damper installations to regulate air flow to help keep you comfortable no matter which room you're in.
